Hire Skilled Project Coordinators with Omnia Training & WCB’s Training-on-the-Job (TOJ) Program
Are you looking to expand your team with talented project coordinators? Omnia Training is proud to announce that our latest graduates from the Program Coordinator Assistant program are ready to take on new challenges and help your business grow. Even better, by partnering with us, employers can benefit from WCB’s Training-on-the-Job (TOJ) program, which offers significant financial support to make hiring and training new staff easier and more affordable.
What is the TOJ Program?
The Training-on-the-Job (TOJ) program provides generous wage subsidies to employers who offer placements to Omnia graduates. These subsidies are structured to make it easier for businesses to train and integrate new workers into their teams:
– Months 1–3: 100% wage subsidy
– Months 4–5: 75% wage subsidy
– Months 6–7: 50% wage subsidy
– Months 8–9: 25% wage subsidy
This means that for the first three months, the entire wage of your new hire is covered, with gradual subsidies continuing over the course of nine months. At the end of the program, there’s no obligation to retain the employwe, giving you the flexibility to hire only if the fit is right. If at any point during the placement the student isn’t meeting expectations, you can discontinue the placement at your discretion.
Why Participate in the TOJ Program?
The TOJ program is an incentive for employers to get financial assistance for employee training. It’s designed to help individuals return to work while giving businesses a low-risk opportunity to integrate new workers. The goal is to provide the new worker with hands-on experience, helping them learn about your company and their role while reducing the financial strain on your organization.
